Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by what life throws at us, but you don’t have to face it on your own. Through secure online video sessions, I offer professional support that’s accessible no matter where you’re located.
Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals with confidence and care.

My approach is person-centred. I believe each person is on their unique life journey, which at times can present challenges. I am here to assist my clients to gain a broader understanding of what influences and is impacting them and work together to reconnect with feelings and emotions.

I offer one-to-one therapy to support women through the menopause years, creating space to explore how this important stage of life may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we can look at how changes during menopause connect with your roles in family, work, and society, and find new ways to understand and navigate these experiences as part of your life’s journey.

Living with depression can feel heavy and isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Our therapy sessions offer personalised support to help you understand your experience, build coping strategies, and find a path toward renewed energy and hope.

Anxiety can place a constant strain on your mind and body, making daily life feel overwhelming. Through compassionate and practical guidance, we work together to uncover triggers, develop effective coping tools, and restore a sense of calm and balance.

The impact of trauma can run deep, but recovery and healing are possible. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process past experiences, strengthen resilience, and rebuild trust in yourself and the world around you.

Relationships are central to our wellbeing, but they can also bring challenges. Through therapy you will gain guidance to help you improve communication, work through conflict, and nurture healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.

Every session is tailored to your unique needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods to support your personal growth.

I’m an experienced therapist who cares deeply about supporting people through life’s challenges. My approach to counselling is integrative, which means I draw on a variety of methods to find what works best for each individual.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked as a secondary school teacher, and I’ve also spent more than 10 years in Jungian personal analysis. These experiences, together with my perspective as a mother and grandmother, gave me a strong foundation for understanding both adolescents and adults, and the unique challenges that can arise at different stages of life. In my work, I use approaches such as person-centred therapy, mindfulness, Jung teachings and other evidence-based practices. But most importantly, I tailor each session to the needs and goals of the person in front of me.
Clients often tell me they feel safe and understood with me, which is something I value deeply. I strive to create a warm, non-judgemental space where individuals and families feel supported, so together we can work on building resilience, finding practical strategies, and creating meaningful change.
I’m a fully qualified and registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. I have facilitated Breathwork groups and I’m also an accredited Lifeline Crisis Supporter.
